
Quinoa with Red Peppers
It mixes the sweet flavors of red peppers with exotic hot peppers from the Andean Highlands for a colorful and slightly spicy combination.
Ingredients:
White Andean quinoa, red peppers, hot Andean peppers, garlic, onion, paprika, curry and cayenne pepper.
Our Chef’s suggestion:
Just before serving add 1 teaspoon of avocado or olive oil.
