
Quinoa Soup
This traditional soup recipe has its origins in the Ecuadorian Highlands. It combines our Andean quinoa with potato flakes, and selected vegetables to achieve that special warm homemade quality.
Ingredients:
Prewashed white quinoa, potato flakes, onions, carrots, sweet peas, garlic and chicken broth concentrate.
Our Chef’s suggestion:
Serve it really warm and decorate with parsley.
